Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Dark Soy Sauce

Ingredients

Rice sticks 300 g / 克
Beef 150 g / 克 [sliced]
Bean sprouts 150 g / 克
Yellow chives 50 g / 克 [sectioned]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1/4 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Marinate beef for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry bean sprouts in 1 tbsp oil for 1 minute.  Drain.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Stir-fry beef until done.  Stir in rice noodles, yellow chives, bean sprouts, sauce mix and heat through.

    Note:  Beef can be replaced by any kind of meat.
