Boiled Eggplant with Tasty Oyster Sauce

Garlic1 tsp / 茶匙 [minced]
Ginger (s)1 tsp / 茶匙 [minced]
Green onion(s)1 tbsp / 湯匙 [minced]
Chinese parsley1 tbsp / 湯匙 [minced]
Chili [red, shredded, optional]

2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended)
Sesame Oil (Blended)
1 tbsp / 湯匙
1/2 tsp / 茶匙
White Vinegar 1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Remove stalks of eggplant. Add cold water and bring to the boil. Rinse eggplant until cold and use chopsticks to tear into strips. Cut into sections.
  2. Mix eggplant with the rest of ingredients and seasoning mix. Serve at once.
