Fish with Oyster Sauce in Casserole

Ingredients

Fish fillet400 g / 克 [cut into pieces]
Pork fillet/loin50 g / 克 [shredded]
Chinese mushroom(s)3 pcs [soaked and shredded]
Green onion(s)2 pcs [sectioned]
Ginger (s)2 slices
Cooking wine1 tbsp / 湯匙 [optional]
Corn starch1/2 cup / 杯 [for dusting]
Garlic1 tsp / 茶匙 [minced]


Marinade
Sesame Oil (Blended)

1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Choy Sun Oyster Sauce
Choy Sun Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp / 湯匙

Sauce Mix
Choy Sun Oyster Sauce
Choy Sun Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 125 ml / 毫升
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Mix fish with marinade.
  2. Dust fish with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow. Drain.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in casserole. Saute minced garlic, green onions, ginger and mushrooms. Add pork and stir-fry until done.
  4. Sprinkle with wine. Add fish and sauce mix. Simmer with lid on until sauce thickens.

     *   Fish fillet can be using garoupa fillet.
