Spare Ribs and Fish Maws with Oyster Sauce

Spare rib (s)450 g / 克 [chopped into pieces]
Fish maws 250 g / 克 [4 pcs, pre-soaked]
Dried shrimps adequate amount
Garlic adequate amount
Water125 ml / 毫升
Premium Oyster Sauce
Premium Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp / 湯匙
White Vinegar a little

Premium Soy Sauce
Premium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended)
Sesame Oil (Blended)

Corn starch 2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix spare ribs with marinade.
  2. Boil water and add White Vinegar. Add fish maws and cook through. Rinse with cold water.
  3. Saute dried shrimps and garlic. Add 125 ml water and boil to make soup. Add fish maws and cook until flavor absorbed. Set aside.
  4. Saute spare ribs in 2 tsp oil until fragrant. Add adequate water and cook until spare ribs are done. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and cook until sauce thickens. Pour over fish maws.
