Steamed Abalone and Fish Fillet with Winter Melon

Winter melon(s)200 g / 克 [cut into 12 thick slices]
Grouper150 g / 克 [fillet, cut into 12 slices]
Abalone90 g / 克 [canned, cut into 12 slices]

Premium Soy Sauce
Premium Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Cooking Wine 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Ginger juice 1/4 tsp / 茶匙
Pepper a little

Sauce Mix
Premium Soy Sauce
Premium Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended)
Sesame Oil (Blended)
1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 4 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix the fish fillet with marinade.
  2. Arrange winter melon, fish fillet and abalone on a serving plate alternatively. Steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
  3. Heat through sauce mix and pour over ingredients.
