Stir-fried Assorted Vegetables

Chinese mushroom(s)5 pcs [soaked and halved]
Snow peas/Mangetout100 g / 克
Baby corn100 g / 克 [sectioned]
Carrot (s)60 g / 克 [cut into strips]
Water chestnuts6 pcs [peeled and sliced]
Ginger (s)2 slices [shredded]

4 tbsp / 湯匙
1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Blanch snow peas, carrot and baby corn in boiling water for 1 minute.  Drain.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Saute ginger and Chinese mushrooms until fragrant.
  3. Add remaining vegetables and sauce mix.  Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
