Stir-fried Noodles With Chicken and Mushroom in Double Deluxe Soy Sauce

Egg noodles120 g / 克 [2 pcs]
Chicken meat120 g / 克 [shredded]
Bean sprouts120 g / 克
Carrot (s)90 g / 克 [shredded]
Fresh black mushrooms 50 g / 克 [sliced]
Green onion(s)1 pcs [sectioned]
Premium Soy Sauce
Premium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp / 湯匙

Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Salt 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Blanch carrot, bean sprouts and fresh black mushrooms in boiling water. Drain.
  3. Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender.  Drain.
  4. Saute green onion and chicken in 2 tbsp oil for 1 minute.  
  5. Stir in noodles, carrot, bean sprouts, fresh black mushrooms, Double Deluxe Soy Sauce and heat through.
