Stir-fried Shrimps with Hoisin Sauce

Shrimp(s)300 g / 克 [meat, deveined and dried]
Bell pepper (s)2 pcs [Green and Red, diced]
Garlic1 tbsp / 湯匙 [minced]

2 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce

1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Parboil shrimps in boiling water. Drain.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimps and stir-fry until done.
  3. Add bell peppers and sauce mix. Stir well until heated through.
