Stir-fried Pork fillet with Mango

Pork fillet/loin 170 g / 克 [cut into strips]
Stoned mango 1 pcs [cut into strips]
Asparagus 25 g / 克 [sliced thinly]
Chili 1/2 pcs [red, cut into pieces]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Hoisin Sauce 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 2 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Mix pork fillet with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry pork fillet and asparagus in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add red chili, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in mango flesh.
