Linguini in Black Bean Garlic Sauce with Mussels

Ingredients

Linguini 200 g / 克
Mussel (s) 300 g / 克 [in shells]
Butter 25 g / 克
Onion(s) 90 g / 克 [chopped]
Button Mushroom (s) 90 g / 克 [sliced]


Marinade

Black Bean Garlic 2 tbsp / 湯匙
White wine 250 ml / 毫升
Water 125 ml / 毫升


Directions
  1. Cook linguini in boiling water according to packet instructions or until al dente. Drain.
  2. Melt butter to saute onion and mussels, add mushrooms and toss well.
  3. Stir in seasoning mix, bring to the boil and add cooked linguini, heat through to serve hot.
