Turkey 170 g / 克 [meat, cut into pieces]
Canned lychees 120 g / 克1/2 can, drained, halved
Strawberry (ies) 2 pcs [cut into pieces]
Green onion(s) 1 pcs [sectioned]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Canned lychee syrup 2 tbsp / 湯匙
White Vinegar 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix turkey meat with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry turkey meat in 1 tbsp oil until done.  Add sauce mix and heat through. Stir in lychees, strawberries and green onion.

    Remarks: Turkey can be replaced by chicken meat.
