Beef fillet/tenderloin 120 g / 克
Cucumber 75 g / 克 [6 thin slices]
Japan pink pickled ginger 12 thin slices


Sesame Oil (Blended) 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Mix beef fillet with marinade.  Put cucumber and ginger slices on beef fillet and roll up.
  2. Pan-fry beef rolls in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow or desired doneness.  Serve at once.
