Stir-fried Crabs with Oyster Sauce and Port

Crab(s) 500 g / 克 [2 pcs, cut into pieces]
Shallots 2 pcs [sliced]
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [sectioned]
Chili 1 pc [red, cut into pieces]


Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Port 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 6 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Saute red chili, shallots and green onions in 2 tbsp oil.  Add crabs and stir well.  Add sauce mix, cover and cook on low heat for about 8 minutes or until done.
