Prawns 4 pcs [cut open back,deveined,washed]
Shallots 3 g / 克 [minced]
Ginger (s) 4 slices
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [sectioned]
Freshly Minced Garlic 3 g / 克


Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Peppercorn Chilli Sauce 3/4 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Soy Sauce 1/3 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1/3 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Marinate sea prawns for 1 hour until flavor absorbed.
  2. Heat oil.  Pan-fry or deep-fry prawns until 80% done.  Drain.
  3. Heat oil.  Saute Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, shallot, ginger and green onions.  Add prawns and sauce mix.  Stir-fry for 1 minute on high heat. Put on a serving plate.
